Inky Lips is a Dallas letterpress shop run out of Casey McGarr’s garage. Their work makes wonderful use of hand carved illustrations. Giving letterpress work expression and personality is a talent, and Inky Lips has that in spades. I really enjoy the one off, monoprint style that a lot of their posters have. The invitations show a different side of the letterpress spectrum, with some great clean and simple designs.

They are very skilled at combining illustration with wood type.
I assume this was hand brayered, what a lovely use the the technique!
