This poor guy have been chopped down for kerning purposes, so the face is just hanging off the edge, with no shoulder to support it. This sort of thing makes the letters harder to set, because they want to tilt with no flat edge to rest against. The face is stained but it’s not too dark, and it’s splotchy. This little guy is the partner to the 514 F I showed awhile back. I think it’s odd that the cross arms are more dominant that the curl at the top of the vertical stroke.
